Unlike the general "culture of your firm" surveys offered elsewhere, this site will allow you to rate the individual attorneys at your firm.  Send a message to prospective clients about that partner they've been thinking of hiring in-house.  Let recruits know they've made the right decision.  Or just vent about the senior partner you work for.
